Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery in exchange for a credit note for the original order amount (excluding postage). All items must be in unworn, original condition, with all tags in place. Email us at info@incywincyswimwear.com.au with your order number and items you wish to return. Once we have received your email & accepted your return, we will provide you with our return shipping address to send the item/s back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we have received your returned item/s, we will verify that the item/s are in unworn, original condition, with all tags in place. You will then be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to re-purchase another size or product from our website. If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid per item, not the full RRP.

Refunds

We are only able to offer a full refund if an item is damaged or faulty. If this does occur, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item with an image of the fault along with your order number to info@incywincyswimwear.com.au

Cancellations

For Cancellations or changes to orders, contact us via email info@incywincyswimwear.com.au as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is sent out. If you order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order.
